Hi
Just switched from BT full fibre to EE full fibre home broadband I have a new account number but keep getting thrown out of the app and desktop version when I try and view it. I have tried setting up the app with the account number and then adding the security code I get texted, and then it says my personal details are incorrect. Can anyone help???? I’ve only put in my account number?

It seems that some personal details, like name, addy & DoB, are brought over from BT but don't tally with the ones you gave when setting up your EE a/c.
