Unused Equipment

I have to return an unused (......apart from powering up) replacement Smart Hub because it didn't solve the problem. Does it just go into the returns bag without comment?

My internet is also out.

Solid yellow light.We status checker doesn't work (page doesn't load)Texting the number can't locate my account. What a complete  unprofessional organisation, cancelling tomorrow.
