@Sgewhite  Do you have this router ?

You need this router in order to use the EE app.   If you do have this router have you scanned the QR code that’s on the plastic bit you lift out of the top of the router?   You need to pair the app to the router.

@Sgewhite ? BT smarthub2 is required and currently there is an issue with the EE app trying to control that router for various parts of not functioning. You will find what if you search the forum.
