Resolved! Router hub

I switched over to EE from BT and kept my BT router. When I want to turn on my vpn, it states EE and it is not password protected. I do not know if I still use my BT hub name or choose the EE one. Any help and advice is more.than welcomed.

Huge ping/latency spikes after switching to ee

Just switched from sky Wi-Fi to EE, the general speeds are much better and averaging around 200-400 mbps download speed however about every 10,15,20 seconds ill get really bad spikes in ping for a few seconds.  does anyone know how to fix this please...
