Help changed to EE broadband from bt through bt and haven’t been sent a new hub. Can’t access the hub now through bt app as account closed but need to be able to control it for parental controls

any ideas how I do that?

I have the exact same problem.

Migrated across, still have the BT Smarthub 2 but the EE app parental controls don't work.

And what's worse when we migrated the parental controls turned on and are stuck on, with no apparent way of turning it off.

According to EE the only way to turn it off is via their app...which doesn't work.

I have this same problem - what do we do?

What happens when you try accessing the Parental Controls options via the EE app (as per the help article linked in an earlier reply)?

@Tricksy Version of the EE app is now at 5.40.0 updated recently so test to see if anything has started to work yet using with the BT Smarthub2 and Parental controls. If not then call to EE CS to get info will be required.
