Migration from BT BB to EE BB

Here is my experience. Contacted EE about taking one of their BB packages that was similar and cheaper than the BT Contract that had expired. I ended up with the EE 900 BB plus Smart Pro WiFi7 Hub and FullWorks. It is cheaper than BT but not as cheap as if I was a true 'new user'. Kit arrived promptly, new WiFi7 router and three Smartpro extenders. Set up myself, it went pretty smoothly and found need to use only 1 of extenders to cover whole dwelling, whereas needed 3 of the BT discs previously. Retained old BT Pro Box for TV as understand they are same as EE one bar badge. Needed to also set up - COMP version of WiFi in parallel to get a few devices to connect, including a sub WiFi network connecting via Powerline. Speeds etc at actual devices seem as fast or better than under old BT setup. So generally content with performance but not cost as feel I was somewhat misled. I did get a free Samsung tablet and the first 3 months half price on some of the package. Also as was already a EE customer for Mobile, there are further savings to be had there from EE One.
