Hello
I have been with EE for broadband for about. a month now and I am having issues with ethernet Connection. It frequently disconnects and only comes back on if I reset the ethernet network adaptor on my pc, or if I hit the reset button on the hub.
I have tried 2 different ethernet cables now and still no luck.
I didn't have this problem previously when I was with Virgin so I assume it is the hub and not the PC that is causing the issue.
Any ideas?
Thanks

@PcGamer1 There is a known issue with all the EE Smarthub+ Ethernet ports, but it is normally just the connection time for the 20/30 second delay, and once the port is established it normally holds very well, so a little concerned that you keep dropping but sure fire way to test it is do not power off the Router or the PC, just pull the Ethernet cable off, wait 10 seconds plug it back in then 20/30 seconds latter see if your device connects again fine.
PC related then you may have to look at the adapter properties tweak values but do them one at a time and if same return it back to what it was before... Switch get's rid off the delay as it is always on so instant connect!
