Email fails to send

When I try to send an email on my ipad and iphone with my btinternet account it says the connection to outgoing server mail.btinternet.com failed

Changed to EE when full fibre was available, kept my BT email address all seems ok BUT I can't manage my email  when signing into MY BT comes up with:WarningYou cannot access this page as you are not the registered billing account holder
