New build house, no connection

EE App not pairing with hub

So had this problem for a while, called EE and they changed hub. Still not working & now told it is an App issue and an update soon. Though seems this has been an ongoing issue for many. Any sign of a fix? 

No broadband 6 days after switching ro EE

Switched to EE mobile and broadband 6 days ago and still no broadband. Nothing. They say there is an ourage and this is being reviewed by some "Team" today. After 6 days!!  **bleep**!!!! How do they get away with this ? Any advice?ThanksNick

Resolved! Router hub

I switched over to EE from BT and kept my BT router. When I want to turn on my vpn, it states EE and it is not password protected. I do not know if I still use my BT hub name or choose the EE one. Any help and advice is more.than welcomed.
