Appalling App! Just moved my broadband to here, set up the Smart app Via the setup through app with sincere difficulties, I managed a way around it in the end. My purpose for the app is to control the WiFi due to me paying an extra £5 for WiFi enhancer for when I am gaming. So I have set up what I want but now when I click broadband to access this, it is not letting me. It just comes up with something went wrong. The only thing that has went wrong is joining EE. Has anyone got advice on how to resolve this please? Many Thanks.

I am sorry you are having problems accessing all your settings in the app, to get this looked into please give us a call and our broadband tech guides will check everything is set up correctly for you and if needed they can raise this to the relevant team to be investigated.

@Jbong23 : What Smart app? Do you mean the EE Home app? That's only for the white EE Smart Router. Is that what you have?
Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

Hi @XRaySpeX apologies, I have app on the brain haha.. I meant smart HUB plus..
So in short, I set the router up, set the WiFi controls and then WiFi enhancer ( the gaming, server ping thing) and now I cannot get back on to broadband WiFi controls to see if everything is working as it should be as advertised when I added this extension on.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and had to go through the set up on the Smart Hub plus and then the WiFi enhancer over and over.. it's becoming frustrating.
Now I give up and after doing it at least 5 times, every time I click onto the Manage-broadband it comes up with something went wrong. This is the only part of the app not working, everything else is.
