Smart Wifi Pro Not Meshing

I just got 2nd with Smart wifi Pro and when I set up work it will go blue and stay there for a good 5-10 min then it will go orange then back to Aqua also in the app one will say poor single then one to close but if I go hub side everything to look fine and say the connection status is good but my new disc is close to disc one than hub the old black Bt Halo 3 disc would mesh up just fine but they new wifi plus and pro don't want to seem to mesh up at all Screenshot 2025-01-07 085007.pngScreenshot 2025-01-07 085027.pngScreenshot 2025-01-07 085152.png472372417_2639903052877477_6202026925570452055_n.jpg462576959_1530020594380689_890061192167947529_n.jpg

@UkzVortex98 With a signal strength shown on your app at -80db then that is really very poor, if the reading is correct on the software. And both the units are connected to the hub, not in cascade mode. May be the reason why you have issue.

@UkzVortex98 What they should do and what they don't will be relevant to what wireless they see, if they can get to the Router then that is the logical way to go, rather than hopping across extender's, and as i said, with such a low -80db signal strength then you will have fairly weak wireless signal path.

cos send one going strat to a hub when PA one is about 5ft away

@UkzVortex98 Although i do not use any EE Smart wireless devices, my first Asus extender is a good 30' away from my EE Smarthub+ Router. And just checked, linking in the high 60's. Link to picture below.
