Broadband 1.6 Gbps and landline

I am a current EE customer for all think mobile but I left EE broadband to switch to BT as only BT offered the faster speeds at the time. I want to come back now which I can see I can do but why can I not upgrade to the faster speeds at the same time...

Split Wi-Fi bands

I need to be able to split my Wi-Fi bands. I have a BT router but have switched to EE. I have the attached message on my TV so need to be able to split the bands and rename them so I can connect relevant devices to the correct band.
