Trying to switch from BT to EE.on the EE app prices for broadband start at £26.99 up to £71.99 depending on speed. When I select already a BT customer the only option is £75.81 unable to get a straight answer with online chat or phone call

Hi, I am looking at upgrading my broadband - it says I can switch to a 900 plan for same price, but when I get to checkout it wtill has the old plan and so says twice the monthly cost?ThanksNick
