Hub quality issues?

We will soon be on our third ee hub in a week. One we had for a while died, replacement died after 3 days, replacement expected today. Is there a general quality issue with hubs?

N11 engineer required

Tried to install superfast broadband, they couldn't as prob with sash. Now have no WiFi and ee said could take weeks to get  n11 engineer out to fix problem with sash. They could reconnect to old WiFi. Anyone help?
