I want to be able to make a group for all the childrens devices for time limits and parental restrictions.
However whenever a group WiFi is paused in the app, it will not unpause unless restarting the router, even though the devices are listed as 'online' in the app, said device cannot connect to the Internet.
I can pause and unpause the entire WiFi without issues, but it disables my partner being able to complete our autistic sons bedtime routine.
We also have issues where my phone (Samsung S25 Ultra) will randomly disconnect from the router or the WiFi will be incredibly slow, even unable to watch Facebook reels without minutes of buffering.
Any suggestions?

@PheonixTori Have you called EE CS about it, you may just have an account issue and there should be NO reason to have to delete a group and reset by power off/on to get it all going again!

Whenever I make a group and I pause the WiFi for that group, I have to delete the group and restart my router for the devices to access WiFi again. Ive tried all the troubleshooting tips, nothing works apart from restarting the router.

@PheonixTori Check with EE CS that there are no account issues or known current problems with parental controls or the version off the app in use! No idea of what you are using equipment wise as you do not say!
