Hi, I just upgraded my ee package to 900mb with WiFi extenders on friday 27th Feb.
Both extenders are not working as they are not syncing with the WiFi. They connect for a short period and then disconnect within 10-15 minutes.
I have also checked my speed of my WiFi and it is still currently at 81mb when I was advised by the engineer that it would take 1 day for the speed to upgrade.
I am paying more monthly, but I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
When I upgraded my package initially, I was advised that I had to sign a new 2 year contract to get the WiFi extenders, yet you're not honouring your part of the contract of which I agreed. As is this a new contract, i was told I have 14 days to cancel, which I am now going to have to do as this is ridiculous service and I have spent majority of my weekend trying to sync the WiFi to the extenders. REASON WHY I GOT EXTENDERS MY HOUSE ROBBED LAST SUNDAY AND I COULD NOT GET MY GARDEN SECURITY FOOTAGE AS THE SIGNAL DROPPED AT THAT TIME. EVERYONE GO TO VIRGIN.

I'm really sorry you're experiencing connection and speed issues since you upgraded and appreciate how much this is needed for security following the burglary.
If you can get in touch with our broadband tech guides, they can take a look into the connection to see what is needed to help you with the WiFi extenders and speeds. If this is not resolved for you on the call, you can open a complaint or request the cancellation.
