Smart WiFi Pro

I just moved over from BT and my line activated today. I’ve got the Hub Pro and the one Smart WiFi Pro set up. I couldn’t get the WiFi pro paired in my office upstairs at all, but managed to in my bedroom. We’ve got a large ish 4 bed house.  The Wifi signal in the kitchen and in my office isn’t so great. I’d quite like to continue using the WiFi 7 hub and not go back to my ASUS mesh I used with BT, as whilst it connected (via WiFi) to the TV the additional non aerial channels would often drop out. They seem solid with the new Hub. Can I just phone up and request a couple of additional WiFi pros? As I couldn’t find a way to run a test in each room like you could with BT

@Reign_in_Beard As you are the first to post regarding the new pro, there is a wifi guarantee and if you do not meet the speed requirements then yes you can ask for additional units, how you do so not sure, but if you wish call EE CS and have them advise, or take a look at the guarantee that you have, you should be able to find it on the help.

Possible useful link, if not just move about until you find needed. Seems like Pro details have not been added yet, possible that the smartwifi may be similar to follow for Pro issues.

@Reign_in_Beard  there is a bit of info, including a 100Mbps WIFI guarantee in this help page, though not so much on how you get extra disks. https://ee.co.uk/broadband/wifi-7

I viewed the link, process is still the same from what I've found even on the Smart Hub Pro / Pro WiFi.

For first time setup you pair it next to the hub. Once it's paired (solid aqua light) you unplug it and move it to the mid point between the hub and the room where you want signal. It should pair up again automatically. We have a three storey house and the hub is on the ground floor, paired the extender with it in situ, then moved it to the middle floor and no issues with signal on the top floor.

I suppose you might need a second extender, so hub on the ground floor, one extender on first floor and one extender on second floor.
