I've have just changed over to the EE smart hub and I am now having trouble using the scan to folder function on my printer. I have set this up identically to my Sky router previously, but something seems to be blocking it. I am now thinking this may be a firewall setting. Anybody experienced similar issues please?

@Damian3 it is unlikley to be a firewall issue.
Which router and which printer do you have?
On your PC/Laptop have you set your network to private?

Hi Mustrum, I have the EE Smart Hub Plus and I am using a Ricoh IMC300F printer. I use a Macbook, but i have got the file sharing enabled on there.
