Just renewed broadband contract and my old hub has been replaced by a new Smart Hub Plus. Easy to connect each of my devices apart from a Blink camera system. Anyone else had this problem? Or any suggested solutions? Have sent question to Blank tech support but they usually tale a few days to answer!

On the Advanced > Wireless Settings page temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices. Then reboot the Blink Hub reconnect to the SH+.

I'll maybe give that a try. The Blink system is finding the wifi network but when I try to connect it gives an error message of "password incorrect" when I have entered the correct password. AS the password is the same for both 2.4 and 5 ghz channels, I can't help but think the problem is with the Blink system?

I had the same problem. If you still have your BT router plug it back in quick as the EE router is a pile of ….but this does work…
First, unplug the SM and wait 30 seconds. -For this next step, you will need a pin or paperclip handy. While your SM is unplugged, press and hold down the reset button on the right side of the Sync Module, then plug it back into power without releasing the reset button. -Continue holding that reset button until you see a flashing red light on the SM. -Once you've seen the flashing red light, you can release the reset button. -After resetting the SM, wait patiently (about a minute at the most) for the solid blue light to change back into a solid green blinking blue light pattern. This pattern means the firmware has been reset on the SM, and it is ready to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. -Tap on the Sync Module icon located at the bottom of the home page in the Blink app, then select the Change Wi-Fi Network option from the list displayed. Or, if your Sync Module has already been deleted from the app, go ahead and try re-adding it to your system.

You are saying revert to the BT hub or do a reset on the new smart hub?

@Razboy He is saying to put your BT router back, and the reset is on the Blink camera sync module!

Problem solved - deleted the Blink sync module and re-installed as a "new" system - found the wifi and connected immediately. No need to revert back to old BT hub.......

@Razboy That was not the reason that @BENSONPOPPY was recommending you change back, he may reply to the post you never know....
