I did that put my phone number in and it said no data available I think it's because I switched from bt to ee

@Bluechiller   you can use the address checker, enter your postcode, then pick your address from the drop down.

Done all for that and check my neighbors address and other on my estate who lives in flats there's a lot who do have full fiber and some like me saying not available yet

thats all very well and good, but the real info is in the detail, so if you don't want to share there is not a lot we can do to help.

this is what I'm on about

That's the OR Checker. All it tells you is whether or not you can get Full Fibre but it doesn't tell you why not.

We've been constantly asking you to run the BTw Availability Check for those 2 addresses because it should give you the reasons why you can't get Full Fibre. Please do so at once.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@Bluechiller  that is not a BTW DSL check pic.

This one is not mine, but to show what we are looking for. Make sure you do not show your phone/address, use the desktop version - not mobileand include the whole table and text below.

@Bluechiller    can you add in some info re the pics you posted?

Were the Openreach ones both your neighbours or was one yours?

Is the BTW DSL check from your property?

And where do you see that OR is waiting your landlord?
