Full Fibre Broadband NO connection

Windswept
Explorer

On Friday 27th of June 25 we were connected to FTTP with EE from BT. However the engineer was unable to get the connection to work at all. So we have been without internet access for two days.

We live on Anglesey, and are elderly, so we need a reliable connection.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
