I don't recognise those boxes if they are indeed Full Fibre. Do your neighbours get their Full Fibre from OR?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for you message and yes my two neighbors do have full fiber broadband but with sky the building was upgraded over a year ago and I've told EE this and the can see on the fiber checker they have it

Yes, BB from Sky is indeed thro' OR.

Now the BTw Availability Checker?

@Bluechiller   Where it is available Sky use City Fibre for new customers thse days.

Seeing the results of yours and your neighbours results from the address checker of the BTW DSL checker should help explain what is happening - make sure you use the desktop, not mobile version, and include the whole table and the text below .

It may be your neighbours have direct access to the pole or underground feed for Openreach, but they await the landlords permission to feed the other flats. Or it is City Fibre proving the lines.

@Mustrum : CityFibre website doesn't list Sky as 1 of its ISPs.

No luck so far just been speaking to a openreach engineer who's on my estate and I showed him the box and work that's been done and told me it's for full fiber

Enough with these pix! It's not helping you. Let's have the BTw Availability Checker for you & 1 of your neighbours.
