Hi guys. I've got a hub where the lights indicate that it is still connected and yet the connection drops. Not a wireless issue as it affects wired connections too. EE and Openreach have looked at this and say they can't find anything wrong. Ring any bells with anyone?

Do you mean a BT Smart Hub2 ?
Is this on a FTTC/SOADSL circuit or Full Fibre?
Are you able to share the event log?
