Openreach fiber checker wrong

I've been trying to get full fiber for over a year and on the fiber checker it shows not available I live in a block of six flats and two of my neighbors have full fiber and all I get from openreach they need landlord permission can anyone help me with this issue

I think it's just openreach I've done all checks on there website and others I've put up 3 pictures of my property and my neighbors with the same white box which is full fiber I don't understand why I can not get it and openreach had permission to upgrade my building but not put on the system

Yes and the same with my neighbor both with same housing association 

@Bluechiller   have you spoken to the housing association about when the work will be complete?

Although some of the work appears to have been done, until it is complete and the BTW checker says it is available you will not be able to order it.

Openreach often confuse things by saying it is available when they put fibre into an area, but there is still work to be completed.

If you have not already done so you should complete the Openreach website and register your interest and encourage your neighbours to do the same.
