Openreach fiber checker wrong

I've been trying to get full fiber for over a year and on the fiber checker it shows not available I live in a block of six flats and two of my neighbors have full fiber and all I get from openreach they need landlord permission can anyone help me with this issue

I've done all of that and in April openreach had my building down to be done by June 2025 and a engineer came and I spoke to him and said the building was already done and he was the engineer who did it a year ago and he told he's bosses that it was done come July the first I checked openreach fiber checker and said full fiber not available yet and there is no way of contacting openreach about this

@Bluechiller Unless it is a complete mistake on behalf off the OR/BTW entry on the database that EE and all Isp's use to see what/why/where/when and especially in a MDU (Flat's) situation, then just because your neighbours have it all up and working that does NOT mean you get the automatic right to have it. You are in the twilight zone currently and may find that extremely difficult to get out off!
