I have added a second wifi booster to our house and can’t seem to pair this at all. Very frustrating! The first one paired fine, but now that I am trying to pair a 2nd booster - they both go on the blink! Can anyone advise please? We have grey areas and these boosters are meant to be helping, but not if they can’t be paired! Many thanks

@NF28 Have you tried putting a pin in the reset hole on the repeater to factory reset it. You’ll need to have power to the repeater and hold a pin in the reset hole for 30+ seconds. Once you’ve done this try adding it again.

@NF28 Is the new booster the same model as the old one?
What model number is the router and each booster?

@NF28 Have a look at the model number's of the wi-fi booster's, there was a post couple of day's ago were the wrong booster was sent, and if older is not compatible.

Hello, thank you all! I have been on the phone to EE and the lady I spoke to - Maddie - has been super helpful! Have paired both, via the ethernet cable and it did take a long time, but the newer booster seems to be faulty so she is sending me out a new one plus another booster just in case. Hopefully, all will be ok. Will see!
