I have moved over to EE from BT & i am unable to pair the app with my Hub for over 1 month, I see many people have had the same issue but cannot see how it has been resolved & the EE guides have been no help.
Does anyone know the resolution to this ?

What happened when you spoke our Customer Support team? Did they say what the next steps were in trying to fix this for you?
