My landline hasn't worked for at least three days

I can't get through to customer service either and I have been trying g for a couple of days !!

1) My landline hasn't worked for at least three days (my broadband is working) there is no dialling tone so I cannot ring out and my elderly dad of 95 cannot ring me. I have reported this and I received a generic text message telling me a fault has been identified a s this may take a couple of days to sort out ??

2) My broadband speed has dropped to half.

Not surprisingly EE were quick to send my bill without any delay. No mention of a reduction in my bill for not having the use of my landline or the terrible slow internet speeds I am getting. Was happy with EE but furious now.

@Eveee_70 Not sure if is going to help if there is an actual service issue, but powering off the router for 30 minutes then back on seems to restore the DV landline, so you can try it to see.

@Eveee_70 : 2) What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
