New customer, our package started today.
Ordered landline and received confirmation on email and text about it being in my package. My app says I have to add it.
I have 2 home adapters (its a BT call blocker phone) and connected everything but the phoneline adapter and hub wont pair!
Tried adding phone to my package via app and it says a order hasn't been delivered.
I really need a landline can someone help me.

@ZDA : Does the phone work when plugged into the Green Phone port on back of router? Which router is it?

No it didn't, tried that first and tried to phone and kept saying not able to connect.
Im not sure what the hubs name is but I have the Gigafast full fiber essentials package with landline.
Its a black hub.

Which EE router do you have (read label or post a pix)?

@ZDA Have a look with the web manager http://192.168.1.254/ and see if you have a configured DV phone, will be on the first status screen if it is there, not seen then you need to call EE CS or text PHONE to 66033 from a mobile that is account registered... Although everything is BT just don't think EE are doing manuals for it all yet!
