EE Home Phones

Hi

I have purchased the EE home phones.  I have changed the setting in 1571 for a long length of time before the phone automatically goes to answering machine - I do not think 5 rings is enough time - Does anyone know how you can changing the number of rungs to say 10 or 15.

Driving my mum nuts.

I think 10 rings is the maximum number you can set via the menu accessed after keying in 1571. That's actually quite a long time

It does not seem to ring 10 times, only 5

Just tried it - it only rings for 4 times - Someone please help. xxx

Just tried to - only rings for 4 times - that is too short for mum to get to the phone even when set on long ring setting in 1571.  Thanks for your help.
