Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Mine is the same !! I have now tv so can’t watch without internet and have insomnia. EE is awful . Definitely going back to virgin when the contract ends

I have one of their smarthub things. The http hub manager page is showing it as connected. And the light is the regular stable colour. But can not access any other webpages

i’ve tried switching on and off the router, I still cannot get connected, is there EE maintenance to connect? I’m currently using my mobile data.

Further evidence that EE just does what they want. Quick to coerce people into contracts, poor to pathetic reliability, dishonest, deceitful representatives. ...so naturally a national outage isn't avoided by using proper equipment to mitigate downtime, it's just noted on the brand community at short notice. Glad my contract expires in June. Moving phone and broadband.

My internet has been down for a couple of hours now. Was trying to download documents , but now failed. No information as to what's going on. Not very happy.
