Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I got this to just now on my wifi idk how to fix it i even tried turning my router off and on again

Mine is down too. Looks like it has happened across the network for a few people looking at other posts just now.

My connection has been playing up for three days now I'm glad I'm not the only one.

Network has gone down on all devices in my household, phones, tv and Tablets.
i have unplugged wifibox and restarted it twice and reset the rooter

Fing is reporting a network wide outage affecting the whole EE broadband network.
It's not your hardware.
Guess we have to hang tight until EE figure out what broke.
I have a separate modem/router setup.
My modem syncs at full speed and is happy enough, but my router can't authenticate with EEs servers and get an IP address. So there's something amiss at that stage.

My EE broadband is down. Restarted it a few times but it says “ connected but no internet connection “ … is there some maintenance going on ?!

Good to know am not the only one who has had a complete media blackout. Really need to get texts or emails about these maintenance stuf, could have at prepped with dvds etc

Same here, router suggests everything is fine though. No light colour change, admin page says running normally

So my router is cyan saying I got internet but my pc and house is connected but saying no internet please help ?
