Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

Certainly looks like what they did and no explanation to why or when it's coming back on again 

Mind blowing that we have to rely on another kind hearted customer because the company can't be bothered to either inform you or have a way of you knowing or even finding out what's going on. I'm GUTTED I went with Ee they're trash

Same here. No internet for more than an hour. No warning or notification. Absolute disgrace. I will be looking to change provider at the end of my current contract. We better receive compensation for this.

It is too long and disappointing. No notification about this. I had to work in the night , as a result I end up having to suspend all my trading. Must be some sort of compensation on this. 

 

Bill goes up, WiFi goes down, is there money owed to me for this lack of service and warning of lack of service to me and my losses Mr bacon?

I was actually on a what's app call and the reconnecting message came up. I waited and waited.... Then went to check my router, the lights were on blue/green as normal so decided to reach out to the EE community. To my surprise I'm not the only one experiencing this. My question is I'm using my data now so will I be reimbursed for your maintenance issue....EE.....?

 

Mine to. Broadband is down
