Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

There's a UK wide network outage across the EE network.
Sadly we just have to wait it out 😞

Least it’s not just me I guess. EE has never been this bad. Happened like a month ago too.

What has happened to y'alls internet. This is crazy i already have to deal with it dropping out 10 times a day on a good day. Any help ?

Mine went down at 0123 this morning and wondered if it was just me
why cannot EE inform their paying customers in advance of these planned outages
it is most annoying, poor service.
