Is advanced web protect  compatible with the wifi optimiser? All I get now for the wifi optimiser is connect to your home wifi network to use WiFi Optimiser. I am already connected. The only difference is that I recently activated advanced web protect.

@Maxell If it's not playing, try powering off the EE Hub for five minutes then restarting it.
