Connected however no internet.

Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I hope i get refunded. Ee is getting worse every day

Same issue with me, I'm just about done with EE. Absolute joke of a provider.

An email would be nice to say you shutting the internet down for 10 hours.

 

and when I say nice I means professional.


I think I’m going to be a Karen and go make a bunch of complaints that EE  will ignore.

Seems to have lost connection with my broadband Internet the light it blue but no Internet connection coming through ?

@St0nerlyfe It doesn't look to be DNS (I don't use EE's DNS servers) it seems to be relating to DHCP and Authentication for some reason we're just not getting IPs, or traffic isn't being correctly routed right now. Of course, as a result, your computer can't poll DNS servers for information.
