Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I thank you for doing maintenance and all its great but cheers I think it's dropped everyone's Internet off. This was unforseen and I am a night time gamer and now I can't even play with friends as I have no Internet connection in Burghfeild common! Same as everyone else also pc says 'DNS server not responding' I'm about to check downdetector

It looks like there's currently a nationwide outage caused by who knows what.
Some people reporting their connections are back up, others (myself included) are still dealing with no connection.
Reboot your router in an hour and see if the connection comes back up.

There's currently a network wide outage impacting almost all EE broadband customers.
It's not your hardware at least.
Try rebooting your router sometime in the next 30 - 60m, hopefully things will be back up by then.
