Everything was working well and normal and then suddenly we lost internet. Our smart hub had a solid aqua light but no connection from any of our devices to the internet. Then we reset our hub, it connected and showed a solid aqua light again but still no internet, so I factory reset it and now it is a solid yellow light. Please help.

I'm honestly relived it isn't just me ... the router has solid lights yet no service in Crawley.

I have no Internet although it says connected this happened about half hour ago what's going on with EE. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Yes, mine has been down an hour+
No warning or notification.
This happens a lot, and it's disgraceful. I fully intend to change provider at the end of my current contract. They had better give some compensation for this.

Well whatever yous are doing it's cut everyone's broadband off with no explanation or timing yo when it will be back on . We pay ee to have a service and its definitely no service tonight
