Cant link accounts

Hi

I'm trying to link my broadband account with my phone account but I'm unable to do so using the app or from calling 150 customer service. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Can you help me with same problem please . Just been on again tonight for over an hour still hasn't resolved it .

I moved everything to EE in March but have been unsuccessful in linking broadband to my mobile account, despite ringing 150 on so many occasions. 

If it can't be done then why doesn't EE admit it. Instead I get told it is fixed and wait 24 hours for it to work. Absolute shower of ..... !

EE Twitter said, just keep trying 150. Did you get sorted in the end?

 

I have also since March been constantly speaking to  EE they seem to find it difficult to link accounts which they admit to. Suddenly last week all my accounts linked. It was strange as on the day I opened the EE app it said there was an app update, I updated and found all my accounts linked. I can't swear that that fixed it.

I had various excuses. It was not until I opened a complaint with the ombudsman that things got sorted for me.

I had to create a new EE account using a different email address and they were able to link accounts.

You may be able to try this yourself as you should have access to your own account details/plans. There is a section where you can link an account. 

It's not ideal and EE should be doing this but at least it let me move on from the issue.

The fact that some of the staff do know who how to resolve this and others don't is bad in itself after so many months.

I have said this before on here, but worth saying again. If you get nowhere talking to EE, ask them to refer the matter making a complaint to their TMC (Technical Management Centre) and ask for a reference number for the issue. This was I got my accounts linked.
