My broadband keeps on stopping I have to keep on putting the password in. my tv package is with sky and we have a new tv. can someone please tell me hats happening with my wi- fi signal. we've only had EE braodband for 2 months and we've never had this issue before

Is this fixed line broadband or mobile broadband.
Which router do you own.
By password are you refering to the WiFi password.

@SARA743 Also where are you having to keep putting your passwords into device wise? The EE Router which one are you using and for sky TV is it Q or streaming puk?

its for the sky q box when you want to go on to the apps i have to put my EE wifi password in its happened 4 times and only had the broadband the start of September

@SARA743 The next question is going to be what EE Router are you using from them, so look at the link below the pictures that you see and which one you have, or a label on that EE Router! Is you sky Q connected to the EE Router unit by a Ethernet cable or via the wireless network?
