Hello, I recently cancelled my EE home broadband service online, but I have received the router by post. I would like to return it. Could you please confirm whether a return label was included in the package or send me a printable/QR return label or a returns bag?

@Staruk : If it's listed in following link then follow https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product . If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1.
