Free Upgrade

Hi, I was sent a letter in February saying i have got a free upgrade to Full Fibre 150 because i have the full fibre guarantee. Rang EE this morning and i was told the package would increase in price because she couldn't see it on her screen. I am already paying just short of £40 per month, and I've just done a speed test and currently getting 26mbs download.

Anybody else getting this shocking service???

@Paul1629   Is Full Fibre available now in your area?

The service you are on now is dependant on how far away you are from the cabinet, so unless you have moved your house or your line has developed a fault then presumably your line has always been this speed?

No one on here has account access, so no idea what services you are currently paying for, or if you are still within your minimum contract term.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
