Hi there, I’m Currently on BT Fibre 2 (6 months into 24 month contract) and not sure if switching to New EE Broadband is a option yet as I’m still very early in the contract

should I stick with BT or call to switch over/look at options? Don’t wanna be paying a termination fee so not sure

Are you logged into your EE account? @gmackay1903

Could you try a different browser, this is working for me.

Leanne.

@gmackay1903 : The link is correct. Try it again, maybe from another browser. I got once failed & then OK.

Can you access the Shop page when logged in from the menu, or do you get the same error @gmackay1903

@Leanne_T I can access the shop page but it doesn't give me any options re broadband, just my mobile account.

Hi @gmackay1903

Can you try clearing cookies and cache and then opening Superfast 5G & 4G Phones, Tablets and Fibre Broadband | EE in a new browser, if you log in with your existing EE details, can you view the Shop option on the home page?

Leanne.

@Leanne_T

I tried all that previously.  The page comes up with options - when I click on Shop in the menu bar it only comes up with options for mobile.

When I click the Shop Broadband option it comes up with the previous error message.

Thanks @gmackay1903

Just to check, can you access Broadband options if you log out?

Leanne.

@Leanne_T

When I click on Shop Broadband it forces me to login - when I cancel that - I can put in my details.

But - it then says:

It looks like you're already one of our customers on BT Broadband

You'll get our best deals by logging in to My BT for your personalised offers.

And then forces me to login again for deals and then I get the Sorry something went wrong message.

I have the same issue with MyBT.
