Hi,
Anyone else experiencing same issue.
When I log into MyBt... There's a button saying transfer to EE.
When I click it authenticates my account.... Goes to EE... But then I get a sorry there has been an error message.
Been like this for weeks. Have tried new browser /private browser window etc.

Mine was doing the same, but I phoned them and they have placed the order on the phone.
