Bt e mails not working

Since moving from bt to ee my e mails does not sync I get an error code have tried to contact the support but get a 2 hour wait for call back how are you supposed to work from home with no e mails ?

@Pizzwrapped   EE do not supply email, and your BT email depends on how you transferred to EE.
