Changed from BT to EE and not TV apps not working (Prime and Netflix)

Changed from BT Broadband to EE.  Some of my LG tv apps are not working, namely Prime and Netflix.  They load but then are unable to play anything selected.  BBC Iplayer working however.  Run check on my phone and says my hub not working but it seems fine, everything else in the house connects and works fine, and the app then keeps freezing.  Maybe separate issue but I am stumped.  Have unplugged and reset things multiple times to no avail.

Welcome to the Community, @Woodysj

It seems odd here that certain apps are working and not others.

If your TV is a few years old it may not be fully compatible with the newer WiFi technology on the latest EE Hubs, so if you haven't already it's worth giving Compatible WiFi a try.

It's also worth trying to power off your EE Hub for at least 30 minutes, as this will run through checks at startup again and assign you a new IP, which can often fix many issues.

@Woodysj Nothing should really have changed, your BT Hub still works the same, give EE CS a call and have them take a look at your account in case something is going on with that.

I am also having this issue on an LG TV.

Was absolutely fine on BT yesterday,  set up my new EE router and my netflix is refusing to work or gets stuck on 24%

@Becc1e21 If your BT Hub is a Smart Hub 2 version, connect it back up and continue to use it.
