Resolved! Moved from BT to EE returning kit

Having recently moved broadband from BT to EE I have received contact from EE requesting I return my old BT kit. I have not received any returns bags or labels and have not been contacted by BT. I am informed if I don’t return I will be charged

Re equipment

Ee keeps sending me threats about mu router. I sent this back weeks ago and they still keep saying i will get a £85 charge. I have post office recipt to prove it. I am getting really **bleep**ed of i am on holiday and it's spoiling it. Not happy
