Same problem here WiFi down on phone for hour sorry close at 9pm,ring in morning,had sky for 7 years never had a problem should have stayed with them,don't think EE system is fit for purpose

Text HELP to 66033 to report the fault. It'll run some checks on the Broadband line and get it reported.
