Hi, my mum has an Orange PAYG sim card in use and she's just spoken to CS to get it working on the Flex plans to use with an iphone7 I've given her. Of course I've just realised the sim won't fit. I have an unused EE sim (from a payg pack I paid £1 for but never used) , could we get CS to transfer my mums PAYG account and number over to this unused SIM or must we order a replacement?

I was hoping to get her set up today when I visit and speaking with her she mentioned her sim had Orange on it  🙂
