i am wanting to add Apple AirPods to my account however when I log onto my account it does not even show

Since your post, yesterday have you been able to order some Apple Airpods?
If not, have you tried another browser?

No. Unfortunately it’s to do with you can only take out add ons to a maximum amount when you are a new customer. As time goes on your allowance for add ons then increases. So as I got a new phone and watch as a brand new customer I then have to wait a month or two to then add another major add on like the AirPods.
