Hi there
I’ve ordered these yesterday evening and received the order confirmation email straight away.
This includes tracking but that doesn’t work.
When should I be calling support if I get no update? Later today, tomorrow?
Also where do I get help from? Calling 150 gives me no option for Add to Plan stuff ...

Hi @lazlazlaz.
You'll get a text from DPD when your order is ready to be delivered.
The tracker will also update when there is any movement on your order.

Thanks @Jon_K ! I'm guessing I'm simply too eager. I ordered things in the past, but didn't remember how things flow. I called 150 and after going through a random team (as they don't have a specific menu item for Add to Order stuff) I was told it should come today.
